We strive to make all our customers happy. However, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we have a solution. Our refund policy is simple. If you do not receive your order, or it is not as described, or if you receive it damaged, just send a refund request to - email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If an order has been shipped and a refund request is put in for reasons like change of mind, only 15% of your order amount will be refunded.
If there's any issue with your order, let us know about it within 24 hours of receiving your package or refunds will not be initiated.
All refunds will be initiated to the payment method used to make the purchase.
If PayPal was used, a refund of the full/partial amount will be initiated to the PayPal account used to make the purchase.
The return shipping is paid by the customer.
